USD 400 per person / tour. Choose room preference, room quantity, then click your method of payment.

A valid Passport is required for travel to Europe (valid for up to 6 months after your travel dates).

For travel to Europe in 2025 and beyond, a new Visa Registration System will be implemented by the EU. We will provide more details about this new system here as it becomes available. As entry requirements are always changing, please research the destination countries on your tour for current information on health requirements (like vaccinations). Please contact us for any questions or concerns.

Reservation Policy: A completed and signed Tour Reservation Form and a refundable $400 deposit (per person) are required to book our Tours. To book online: scroll to the top of this page and complete the online Tour Reservation Form (booking form). After successfully completing and submitting the form, you will need to pay the tour deposit (USD $400 per person / per tour) on our secure payment pages with PayPal. All payments should be made to: ALPVENTURES. Tour deposits are fully refundable up to 45 days prior to tour departure. Payment in full is due 90 days prior to departure, paid by check / card.

Cancellation Policy: Although Tour cancellations are not anticipated, Alpventures® reserves the right to cancel Tours for any reason, prior to Tour departure date, in which case the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation on Alpventures® part. In the case of Tour Participant cancellation, a full refund will be granted up to 45 days prior to Tour departure. A cancellation fee of 20% of the Tour price will be charged for cancellations between 45 and 25 days prior to departure date and 40% between 25 and 10 days prior to departure.
